The bathroom was super clean. The mini fridge was already cold when we arrived, so we could enjoy our drinks right away.

Everything was great during 1 day, loved its easy location right by Austin and San Antonio, and the rivers. We had a queen room with a king bed. A microwave oven, a refrigerator and a washing machine were provided if needed. The place had a family atmosphere.

The bathroom sparkled. Despite limited breakfast options, the easy access to local eateries made up for it. A pleasant experience on my road trip through the U.S.

Had the queen room and it was spotless with a king bed.

I liked that it was convenient to the cities we were visiting.

Upon checking in I was told we were set-up for a King bed room and we were supposed to be in a Double Queen bed room, speaking that we had 3 people in our group. I then tried explaining to the clerk at the desk that I had my confirmation and that our room was completely wrong but was rudely interrupted and was told i booked the room wrong and i didn't know what I was talking about. My total on Booking online came out to $220.92 and now I'm being charged $256. The Continental breakfast could have been a little more appetizing. And the staff could have been a lot more understanding of the situation seeing how i was not wrong at all. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I be going back.

Room odor unpleasant!!! Paint peeling and signs of poor maintenance visible!!! Management should really take repairs seriously if they expect guests to return!!!

Location. Room was big and spacious.

Lights in room did not all work. No microwave, even though description stated there would be one. Safe did not work and the hotel staff was not able to help with it.

The location was very close to Schlitterbaughn waterpark and the rates were good.

The only complaint I had: Was we stayed in the hotel for two nights and the first day we were gone from 7:30am to 7:00pm and the rooms had not been cleaned. When we asked they said they didn't know what happened. We understand mistakes happen and when we talked to them they were accomidating and gave us more towels and shampoo.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a convenient location for exploring the area, with easy access to dining options and a solid breakfast setup available each morning.

Rates were all right

Swimming pool was dirty and unusable, trash all over, dark water, lady cleaning pool in the A.M. was smoking and looked liked she did not want to clean pool. Breakfast was limited, coffee was gone and no one was doing fresh coffee at time we went, way before the deadline. Fruit was limited to green apples, which were tart.

They seemed understaffed and needed help other than that it was a nice stay..

The room had a comfortable bed.

There was a significant amount of noise from the highway outside.

Close to Gruene, our ultimate destination.
